Chief Financial Officer
This position will be responsible for finance management - automated general ledger accounting system on an accrual basis, including attendant journals and a cost accounting sub-system, preparation of monthly financial statements for management and the Board of Directors, cash management, financial and statistical reports, preparation of tax returns and reports, facilitating annual compliance audits; budgeting; reconciliations and other financial reporting; personnel management, supervising accounting staff; other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field, with a minimum of three years experience in a position with duties similar to those described above. Experience and skill with an automated general ledger accounting system preferred. Other skills required for this position include management and supervisory skills; organizational skills; leadership skills; and written and verbal communication skills; and financial and accounting skills.
