New Horizons Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Diagnostic Assessment Intake Specialist.

• Options for full-time, part-time, or contract available. Openings for office based as well as a work- from- home telehealth option.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: completing assessments on new and ongoing clients including gathering current and recent history of presenting problems, necessary collateral information, and treatment history; preparing written documentation; and communicating findings with internal staff. A working knowledge of basic assessment skills required, experience with electronic medical records preferred, and a commitment to quality and exemplary client care a must. Clinicians are expected to determine their own schedules in coordination with clinic managers, and options for day, evening, or weekend work sessions available.

• Education or Experience: Must have at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology. Must possess Ohio licensure (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/MFT).
