Full-time Human Resources Coordinator 

This position will be responsible for the administration of the agency's HR function including, but not limited to: staff retention and recruiting; compensation and benefits administration; compliance with all labor law requirements; overseeing performance evaluation system; fostering staff quality of work-life; collaborating with staff and supervisors in all agency locations; other related duties.

Additional duties include: Management Consulting, Employee Relations, Staff Development, Employee Separations, Staff Onboarding, Policy & Procedure Administration, Health Safety and Wellness Administration, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field and two years previous Human Resources experience is required. SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred. Must be able to work independently in an organized fashion. Must possess excellent communication and team-building skills; creativity; ability to foster an outstanding staff experience; knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations and requirements, ability to manage projects and attend to detail. Must display a high degree of professionalism, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and be able to work with diverse agency staff. Must possess computer skills and experience.
