Information Technology (IT) Program Coordinator
Responsibilities: The daily functioning of the technology of the organization including developing an IT strategic plan, overseeing the technical infrastructure, supervising IT staff, determining business requirements for IT systems, managing the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, and eliminating security risks; acts as the network administrator for external companies contracted with the agency for any IT related hardware, software, or consultation; applies analysis tools and techniques to increase quality, productivity and overall effectiveness of agency systems; oversees all installation and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and software; provides supervision to IT staff; collaborates with IT staff to perform technical work/resolve technical issues; ensures IT projects and tasks are completed within a timely manner; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously; coordinates the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, networking and other products to support agency needs; maintains anti-virus programs and firewalls to ensure network and system integrity; coordinates and conducts server maintenance; compiles data/develops reports; coordinates and conducts internal agency system maintenance, new product testing; ensures data and system security; coordinates equipment repairs as necessary/works closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service; implements and coordinates training of staff on systems, hardware and software;; collaborates with all staff and outside vendors to ensure service levels are meeting organizational expectations; creation and maintaining of policies and procedures pertaining to IT, HIPPA and data security; participates in internal and external meetings; performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline; 4-5 years minimum of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing information technology projects; Proficient Information Technology experience with and knowledge of: electronic medical records systems and Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint and Teams; Network Administration including firewall (Sonic Wall Configuration), Active Program Coordinator for; Cisco Network Switches; Anti-Malware; Server administration and Wireless Infrastructure.
Experience with paperless intake, e-prescribing, video conferencing, tele-health, meaningful use, cross department documentation, treatment planning, web-site maintenance, HIPPA regulations and guidelines preferred; must be able to commute between agency sites.
