What is a CCBHC?

· An integrated care clinic providing person-centered and family-centered mental health and primary health care, from assessment through the treatment process. 

· The CCBHC treatment team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, counselors, social workers, peer supporters, and case managers.

· Provision of both acute and chronic health care services with the collaboration of CCBHC clinicians ensures that patients receive preventive care and screening.

Primary Healthcare

Brandy Greig, CNP

Mrs. Greig provides primary care services at our Certified Community Behavioral Healthcare Center (CCBHC) located at 1550 Sheridan Drive.

Mrs. Greig has 15 years of experience in nursing and the medical field. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Central Ohio Technical College in 2007. She obtained her Pediatric Nursing Certification from Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in 2016. Brandy graduated with honors from Chamberlain University in 2020 with her Master of Science in Nursing Degree with focus on Family Practice. She obtained national certification from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse from the Ohio Board of Nursing. Brandy is also nationally certified by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in 2020 as a Certified Medical Examiner. Brandy is married and a mother of four who spends her free time enjoying family activities.
