Outpatient Therapist - McConnelsville clinic site location
Responsibilities: Providing individual, family and group psychotherapy for adults and children and their families; performs clinical diagnostic and assessment functions; develops and implements initial and revised Individual Service Plan. Completes all appropriate case documentation and case planning information; completes all necessary reports per agency policy and protocol; completes appropriate documentation of collateral contacts; participates in clinical supervision. Links client with CPST resources; monitor client care and progress; collaborate with other providers when appropriate.
Qualifications: Master's Degree or greater in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or closely related field. Minimum two (2) years post-Masters experience preferred; Ohio licensure (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/MFT) required. Position requires a working knowledge of the DSM-5, of family dynamics, and of various psychotherapy modalities and techniques. Position requires an ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary agency team, to communicate and relate effectively with individuals of all ages and families, understanding the Recovery model and working in this model with families, and to be sensitive and attentive to the cultural needs of each client and family. Position also requires good written communication skills, and strong organization skills.
