$3K to $5K sign on bonus; moving or relocation expenses available depending on position.
Responsibilities: Financial and budget analysis; training and supervision of department specific staff; contract monitoring; generating outcome data; development and monitoring of agency standards as related to medical records compliance and employee productivity; community outreach and program development. The successful candidate will assist staff in implementing the agency's strategic plan and adhere to standards of productivity and general policies and procedures.
Additionally, this position requires excellent communication and organizational skills; the ability to work with a diverse population; the capacity for both independent functioning as well as collaborating on team-based projects. Computer literacy, presentation & public speaking skills, and a working knowledge of basic business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) are required along with daytime travel as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum educational requirements include BA or MBA in Healthcare Management, or Master's degree in in a behavioral healthcare field. Experience in management, working with quality assurance, developing trainings, and familiarity with CARF or other accreditation organizations preferred. Experience with Substance Abuse, Dual Diagnosis a plus. Opportunities for expanding children’s services also available.
