We are currently seeking a Program Manager for our Crisis Stabilization Unit in Lancaster, Ohio

What will you do?

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Oversee day to day operations and administrative supervision of an adult residential crisis unit

• Developing policy and procedures

• Recruiting and hiring staff

• Working with regulatory agencies regarding licensure requirements

• Building relationships with agency stakeholders

What kind of qualifications do you need?

We would prefer an RN with Psychiatric experience, or an individual with a Master’s degree in a mental health related field with independent licensure (LISW/LISW-S/LPCC/LPCC-S).

Critical experience we are looking for includes experience with inpatient or residential management, working with quality assurance, developing training, and familiarity with CARF (or other accreditation organizations).

The program coordinator must have excellent communication and organization skills, be able to work with a diverse population, and function well in both individual and team based tasks.

Some daytime travel will be required, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the unit.
