Full-Time Receptionist - Substance Use Disorder Clinic

Responsibilities: Greeting clients/visitors and checking them in and intercom staff as they arrive; distributes and assists client with necessary paperwork; check-out: schedule and re-schedule clients; answer telephone; conduct financial interviews with clients and enter info in system, take payments, verify insurance coverage as needed; maintain client files and any filing of paperwork; cover receptionist shifts at other clinics as needed for vacations/absences, etc., performs other related duties as necessary.

Qualifications: Minimum of high school diploma and two years previous clerical experience is required; must be able to work independently in an organized fashion; must possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work with diverse agency clients and staff; must possess computer training and/or experience.
