Receptionist - Lancaster administrative office
Responsibilities: Stationed at check-in window: greets and checks in clients and visitors; distributes and assists client with necessary paperwork; check-out window: schedule and re-schedule clients; answer telephones; scans documentation and forms into client’s charts; conduct financial interviews with clients and enter info in system, take payments, verify insurance coverage as needed; maintain client chart information and obtain redetermination paperwork from clients on a yearly basis.
Assists with interdepartmental mail deliveries from administrative office location to all clinic locations and returns all interdepartmental mail from each site once a week.
Assists other clinic sites in covering front desk duties during vacations, leaves of absence of front-end staff. Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications: Minimum of high school diploma and two years previous clerical experience is required. Must be able to work independently in an organized fashion. Must possess good communication and customer service skills and be able to work with diverse agency staff. Must possess computer training and/or experience.
