Mental Health Team Lead-Early First Program
Responsibilities for this position include:

Responsible for the operations of the Early First team, including: Training, administrative work, hiring, meetings.

Responsible for maintaining and ensuring completion of program and partner program requirements.

Providing direct clinical services to Early First clients, including; intake, enrollments, psychotherapy, treatment plans, and service linkages.

Completion of all required program and treatment documentation.
Qualifications:
Do you have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related discipline, licensure from the State of Ohio, and experience working with individuals who have severe mental illness and/or diagnoses of psychosis? Then this job might be for you!
This position will also require working knowledge of the Recovery Model and DSM-5-TR.
The ability to supervise a team, locate and promote community resources, interact and communicate with a wide range of people having different beliefs, cultures, and experiences is extremely important.
While independent licensure is preferred, it is not required for this position.
