Telehealth Services Team Leader
Responsibilities: Manages day-to-day operations of the Telehealth Services department including providers and support staff; provides Orientation, training, monitoring, and administrative supervision of Telehealth Services staff; trains telehealth providers on the use of telehealth platform.
Collaborates with agency management to create and implement scheduling and workflow procedures for telehealth providers, and Telehealth Services procedures and protocols.
Ensures Telehealth Services procedures and protocols are being followed by staff; including training, monitoring, coaching and corrective action as needed.
Provides scheduling and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Substance Abuse or closely related field. Licensure from Ohio State Board of Social Workers and Counselors preferred (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/MFT). Minimum two (2) years behavioral health experience preferred. Supervisory and Team-building skills, verbal and written communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, and sensitivity to the cultural needs of each client required.
