Marketing Director

For over 50 years, New Horizons Mental Health Services has worked to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and the community through our services.

We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Director in Lancaster, Ohio!

What will you do?

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Oversee, coordinate, and develop marketing strategies and products for the organization.

• Monitoring department budget, ensuring most effective use of resources.

• Ensure alignment of marketing and communication across all channels with New Horizons mission and vision.

• Assist senior management with growth development strategies.

What kind of qualifications do you need?

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and 3 years of experience? Then this position may be for you!

Applicants for this role must have a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, traditional marketing, industry trends, and knowledge of current products and services. They must possess exceptional spoken and written communication ability, the ability to work cooperatively with multiple different departments, and a creative, innovative mindset.

Experience working with non-profits, or with mental health/behavior health is highly desirable.
